Le Mediterranee sur Argeles-Sur-Mer

We had a wonderful stay at Camping Méditerranée in Argelès-sur-Mer. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome at reception, and the complimentary upgrade was a real bonus, a perfect start to our holiday. The facilities are truly top-notch. The aquatic area is superb, with a heated, covered pool – a real plus for enjoying a swim whatever the weather. The water slide was also a big hit and added an extra touch of fun to our stay. We also really appreciated the on-site grocery store, whose staff are particularly friendly, smiling, and always ready to help. A big thank you as well to the reception team for their invaluable assistance when my dad lost his scooter keys. Thank you to the entire team for their professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness. We leave with wonderful memories and will definitely be back! 😊

Very clean mobile home, great pool, lots of activities for children (my daughter loved it 🥰)

We had a wonderful stay at this campsite at the end of May. The campsite offered excellent amenities, quality facilities, attentive staff, and a great swimming pool. The communal areas (sanitary facilities, rubbish bins, pathways, etc.) were always clean, as was our accommodation. Furthermore, the receptionists were kind enough to accommodate our late arrival and departure, especially given our 4-month-old baby. We had absolutely no complaints during our 5-day stay!

Beautiful and super spacious campsite 💪 The pool is gorgeous and brand new; my 1-year-old and 4-year-old had a blast 🥰 The pedestrian-only campsite is perfect for safety 😀 Plenty of shade 🥵, we loved it. Areas for improvement: - Display the pool opening hours on the sign. Also inform people that the water slide and children's play area are closed at midday. - Perhaps increase the frequency of cleaning the mobile home terraces, which are often covered in bird droppings. Otherwise, honestly, a superb campsite 🏖🏝

Really nice campsite! Decent facilities, everything you need is available on site (the restaurant pizza is very good), nice pool, the entertainment staff always have a chat when they walk by, and a special mention to the two managers of the snack bar/grocery store, who are lovely! (And very good burgers, even the steak ones haha)

We discovered Camping Le Méditerranée during the Ascension weekend and appreciated its friendly, family atmosphere. It's a pleasant, easily accessible campsite with a manageable size, where you quickly feel at ease. I would also like to thank the entertainment team, who were very friendly, smiling, and dedicated, and who helped us have some wonderful moments during our stay. We chose this campsite primarily for two reasons: its advertised proximity to the beach and the activities offered. However, we were a little disappointed on both counts. Regarding access to the sea, the advertised distance of 1.5 km didn't seem to match the reality on foot, as it took us about 50 minutes to reach the beach. This should perhaps be stated more clearly on the website to avoid unpleasant surprises. Regarding the activities, we noticed that on two mornings, the offered activities were all paid: treetop adventure course, followed by a hike to Collioure with a return boat trip. These outings certainly have advantages: they allow you to meet other people, benefit from a preferential rate, and avoid having to organize the activity yourself. However, when no other free activities are offered, it can be frustrating for families who don't want to or can't participate in the paid activities. It would therefore be beneficial in the future to offer both a free and a paid activity, so that everyone can enjoy the entertainment according to their preferences and budget. We had to wait until Sunday for free sports activities, even though the instructor seemed available in the mornings during the week. Finally, regarding the swimming pool, one of the water slides was out of service during our stay, which was also a minor disappointment. In summary, we have fond memories of this campsite for its family-friendly atmosphere, pleasant ambiance and the friendliness of the staff, but some points could be improved, particularly the communication about the actual distance to the beach and the balance between free and paid entertainment.
