I had lunch at Solis today and really enjoyed the experience. The indoor dining room was pleasantly air-conditioned, which made for a welcome escape from the Paris heatwave. The food was excellent. I started with the recommended fish carpaccio, which was fresh and delicious, followed by the dorade as my main course, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The staff were polite, friendly, and welcoming. There were some delays in seating guests, and the service occasionally felt a bit inexperienced, but everyone was genuinely kind and eager to help. Overall, it was a very pleasant dining experience, and I would definitely recommend Solis.

The food is very good. But the space is a little small. The buffet line spacing isn’t that great especially when it’s crowded. Otherwise, everything is excellent.

The food was always fantastic. The service was absolutely fantastic. Lavanya our server was superb. Wonderful personality, always so helpful. My husband said the staff her felt like people we have known a long time. All the staff were absolutely amazing. Great first experience at this hotel. Merci Beaucoup

We had a wonderful and the best start to mornings here. The staff were warm and attentive from start to finish special mention to Rahul for that. The place was not too crowded, buffet offered was fresh, fresh produce and plenty of variety, and I loved that hot drinks were customizable. Thank you Rahul

They offer a very good breakfast buffet with many options and a wide variety of options. Wouldn’t say they have the best service as thing tend to take long to be replaced when finished and some of the waiters aren’t very friendly, a young waiter was always in very bad humor whenever approached but is saved by a very friendly and helpful colleague, Rahul, cheers to him. He made it all positive!

The breakfast is very good, with great options and quality. I would like to recognize the service and hospitality of Rahul. He is a great asset for the hotel and restaurant, and really made our stay more special. Thank you Rahul!

Great atmosphere in a quiet place among the bustle of downtown Paris. The food was great and we were taken very good care of by Lavanya. Thank you!

Our dining experience at Sola was truly exceptional, largely thanks to the stellar service provided by Lavonia. She was attentive, professional, and went above and beyond by crafting a bespoke cocktail tailored perfectly to our tastes—a highlight of the evening. Between her expert recommendations, the flawless pacing of our meal, and her infectious, welcoming energy, Lavaiuya turned a great dinner into an unforgettable experience. If you’re visiting Sola, request her section; you’re in for a treat.

Me and my family had amazing time here. The service was great and especially Lavaivya, her attitude and service was amazing and so was the bar service. Overall, I would definitely recommend this to any newcomers to Paris or anyone in general.

Brunch at Solis The buffet is generous and beautifully presented, with a special mention for the seafood (oysters, shrimp, salmon) and the desserts, which are truly excellent. The fresh fruit is also superb and adds a refreshing touch. The setting is pleasant and perfect for a relaxing time. A nice little nod to International Women's Day, with a thoughtful touch even in the hot chocolate.
