A perfect birthday brunch for a Sunday! The restaurant handled our group masterfully: seamless service, excellent food, and a very pleasant atmosphere. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves without a single complaint. Thank you to the entire team, with a special mention to the very pleasant Lavanya and the waiter.

We came for brunch at Solis and were very pleasantly surprised by what was on offer. First, the welcome: Lavanya, the manager, was fantastic. We hadn't booked and were lucky enough to get a table, all with great kindness. Brunch is €59 per person, including a glass of champagne (with or without alcohol). Drinks are unlimited: freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee, tea, and the option to make them with oat milk, which is a real bonus. The freshness of the ingredients is top-notch. I loved the gravlax salmon and the beef. Special mention goes to the salad bar, with several truly excellent options: I especially loved the cabbage/apple/walnut salad and the mango-shrimp salad. That day, they also had homemade vegetable pizzas, which were absolutely delicious. Another thing that makes all the difference: you often see the chef making his rounds, and the dishes are never empty. Everything is constantly replenished, so you never have to wait. The atmosphere is very pleasant, it's easy to chat, the music is just right, and the staff is very professional. As for the desserts: magnificent, and all-you-can-eat. The tiramisu was excellent. A great spot for brunch in the 17th arrondissement; we'll be back.
