30/03/2026: Greeted by a charming lady and a sushi chef, both Japanese (I think? I don't want to come across as racist, but oh well), I knew I could entrust the fate of my meal to the restaurant I'd stumbled into. And I was absolutely right, as I savored my meal, which was a real treat. In one bite, I felt transported to Japan, specifically to the heart of Tokyo, my stomping grounds in the Japanese capital (Shinjuku, Shibuya, Omotesando). Honestly, I don't know what to say or add except that everything was impeccable and I've never eaten such delicious skewers in my short life. On another note, what's with this random playlist? Play some anime openings, it would fit the atmosphere much better. Thank you.

16/04/2026: Having just arrived in Montargis, we were fortunate enough to be invited to discover L'Orangerie de Montargis. A restaurant where Franck has been cultivating the art of refined gastronomy for 33 years. We were particularly taken with the "Menu Plaisir," which was absolutely divine. The live music (Thursday and Friday) added a truly magical touch to the evening. Beyond the food, it was the warm and genuine welcome that charmed us. Thank you to all the staff for this unforgettable experience. We will definitely be back!

18/03/2026: Despite our late arrival, we were greeted with a smile. We had a delicious pizza. For dessert, poached pears with a scoop of ice cream were a real treat. Our friend had a tiramisu, which was divine. The service was excellent, with a kind word and helpful advice. We highly recommend it. A big thank you to the chefs!
