Le mejane sur Saintes-Maries-De-La-Mer

This was our second visit (our first was 8 years ago). It's still just as enjoyable. We went on a 2-hour horseback ride through the entire estate, while the others rode ponies and took a ride on the little train around the grounds. It's an authentic place steeped in family history. The welcome is warm. I highly recommend a visit, and especially the horseback ride, which is nothing like the ones offered by roadside rental companies.

Thank you for this exceptional moment in nature. Not being a fan of bullfighting, your explanations and the remarkable natural setting helped me understand the difference between France and Spain regarding your art. Your respect for the animal and its protection opened my eyes to your own respect for animals. I invite those skeptical of your games to come and see the well-being of your animals. Your estate allows us to travel and experience nature in its purest form. Thank you for these excursions (train, horse-drawn carriage, and horseback) that reveal a lush natural environment. We ate at this beautiful estate this Sunday. The food was absolutely delicious; we had a salad which was very tasty and very generous. The staff is very welcoming and cheerful, which is a real pleasure. In particular, ask for a lady with short hair, as she treats you like her own children. Besides the restaurant, the grounds are very pretty, and don't miss the little train; the gentleman who provides the commentary is very funny. I highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful day at this beautiful estate, with plenty of activities on offer, including a charming little train, a very good restaurant, and superb horse and pony rides. All the staff (riding instructors and restaurant owners) are extremely welcoming and kind! The surrounding nature is simply magnificent. Highly recommended!

Beautiful place... The guided tour by miniature train and towed trailer is interesting... The explanations and commentary are very interesting!

A beautiful estate with a magnificent setting! We started with the little train. It's not strictly necessary as you don't get a very good view of the animals; it's mainly a short ride, but the scenery is truly stunning. Special mention to the driver, who was fantastic and very friendly! We then went for a pony ride, followed by a visit to the kiosk where the saleswoman was lovely, passionate, and offered excellent advice. We also had lunch at the restaurant and finished the day with a quick stop at the Ricard shop.

A wonderful family outing at the estate, with teenagers. The little train, the bullfighting, and the costume explanations... everything was great. We didn't have time for the museum or the bullring... so we have a good reason to come back 🙂. Thank you to Amandine for her warm welcome, thank you to Romain for his very clear explanations and his kindness, and thank you to Murielle who also managed to make things simple and interesting, and it was very informative! The restaurant staff are also very friendly. The musicians played great music. In short, it was really good. We ate very well. We highly recommend it.

The property is a wonderful discovery. Peaceful, in a pristine natural setting. The house is very pleasant, spacious, well-decorated, and well-equipped. We had an excellent stay.
