Le Ménestrel sur Nimes

Nous avons été très bien accueilli, la terrasse bien agréable au centre ville assez calme. La qualité et la quantité que nous réservait ce menu était à la hauteur, mention + pour le pavé de taureau. Le personnel se démène pour faire au mieux et avec le sourire. Pour nous rien à ajouter, je recommande

After reservation made at the end of the morning we were, on July 14, seated on the terrace. During the meal we learn that Lili & Lulu have only been the new owners for a month. Complete but not exhaustive menu (and personally I find it better) offering meat or fish. Starter-main course-dessert menu €32. After shrimp and avocado and cream emulsion on a cereal crumble as a starter, my wife and I opted for fish as a main course. Just pan-fried tuna served with small vegetables of the day for my lady and a seafood platter composed of sea bream, tuna and prawns for me served with small vegetables, without forgetting the carrot compote with a touch of citrus juice... All desserts also excellent. We feasted. Thank you to both of them for their food and their friendly welcome.

Small charming family-run restaurant, 5 minutes away from the central tourist area. We had a lovely time chatting with the husband, wife and children. The food was excellent and the service was very attentive and accommodating, especially since we arrived much later than planned.

Close to the arenas, a little away from the crowd, very good and friendly. Nothing to add.

The kindness and warm welcome of the owners are reflected in the finesse of the dishes, beautifully presented and delicious to savor. What a joy to find an address of this quality near the Town Hall, open even on Sundays and Mondays! The value for money is unbeatable, especially when you discover the freshness of the products used and the talent of the chef. Special mention to the homemade whipped cream, truly divine creaminess! 😉✨️ At Lulu & Lili by Le Menestrel, it's much more than just a restaurant, it's an invitation to an incredible taste journey. An address to absolutely try and carefully note down in your notebook to come back to again and again!

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and a reasonable price for the quality. This was not your basic cooking but French cooking at it's best. The sort of thing you will see on Masterchef. The cook, who came to see us, and the waitress, were super-friendly and helpful. I would definitely go there again on another visit to Nimes.
