I came this Monday at lunchtime with my mother. What can I say! Sometimes words fail me to express the sheer pleasure of a meal. But this time, I have to elaborate. First, the welcome: the smiles, the charm, the quick wit of the two waitresses should be the norm in all food establishments. Now, the meal itself. Okay, let's get to it. My mother ordered the tagliatelle with salmon, and she loved it—the texture, the seasoning, the exceptional freshness of the salmon. That's already pretty good. Now, let's get down to business. The mesclun burger. I like to eat burgers in brasseries. I'd put this one in the pantheon of burgers. The beetroot bun was incredible, the toppings—wow! Amazing onions, incredible cheddar, a surprising homemade sauce, perfectly cooked bacon, a butcher-style steak so flavorful, the sheer size of it—it's a banger. Oh yes, the homemade matchstick fries that perfectly balance the dish; they're light and crispy. Okay, I'm being a bit long-winded, but honestly, it's so worth it. Let's finish with the desserts, a sweet treat that brings joy and delights the taste buds. I'll stop there. Bravo, well done, incredible! Julien and his mother Claudine, delighted customers!
