A warm welcome. The staff's intellectual acumen is delightful. A beautiful, modern terrace, perfectly suited to this historic setting, offers a remarkable view of the Rhône Valley. The interior is refined and tasteful. And... it would be an understatement to say that the cuisine is exquisite and flawless from start to finish. It's simply perfect cuisine that evokes nothing but pleasure and enjoyment.

Loved this restaurant with a great view over the vineyards and perfect service. Highly recommend the “Coquilles St Jacques et Taureau” and “Dos de Lieu Noir” main courses. If you visit Séguret, be sure to stop by this fantastic spot.

Le Mesclun never disappoints. We’ve been coming here for 25 years. Always a special treat because we don’t live in the area. Cool breeze welcomed us on the terrace despite a sweltering evening.

We greatly appreciated the friendly telephone service when making our reservation and the warm welcome upon arrival. The evening menu was excellent, with a very original and beautiful presentation. We truly enjoyed admiring the dishes, a pleasure that only intensified when we tasted them. The children's menu was also a great addition, very well designed yet perfectly suited to children.
We also appreciated the service throughout the meal. The terrace's location, with its superb view of the plains and the sunset, was also worth noting.
In short, the evening was a real pleasure for us in every respect.
