Le Messimo sur Quingey

This was my second visit to this restaurant while passing through – the service is very friendly, even though they don't speak German, but hey, we're in France! The pizza is absolutely fantastic when it's fresh; some Italian restaurants in Germany could learn a thing or two – I've rarely eaten so well! A definite recommendation – chapeau!

Passing through the area, there were three of us and the restaurant was finishing up. We asked if it was possible to reserve a table given the late lunchtime, and the manager readily agreed. The service was quick, the pizzas were very good, and the restrooms were very clean. 👍 Thank you.

Great experience at this village restaurant near the campsite. The pizza was very good and generous, and the local burger was excellent. We were served by the owner, who took the time to chat with us and was very pleasant and attentive. Messimo is a must-try if you're passing through Quingey. The prices are reasonable, and the desserts are very good too. The service was incredibly fast; I've never seen such quick service—it was so nice! I recommend booking a table. We'll gladly return when we're in the area. The Alsatians 🥨

It was really very good. We received a warm welcome despite our late arrival, and the service was quiet that evening. The food was pleasant and plentiful. We'll be back!
