What a wonderful time we had in this beautiful establishment in Saint-Jean-du-Bruel. Only positive things and a wonderful memory of our stay in Aveyron! An exceptional restaurant, the likes of which unfortunately exist less and less. A majestic cheese cart to accompany a delicious local meal. I highly recommend this place, where you'll have a wonderful time! Thank you again for your welcome!

Hiking trip with our group. Very friendly and personalized welcome. Very fine meals, very good local products, hearty and balanced picnics. Strategic for very beautiful hikes.

Our group of hikers from Toulouse (24 people) was hosted half-board for 4 days and we have never been so well received in all our previous stays. We are very satisfied with the welcome and the services of the hotel and restaurant. Before our arrival, all the exchanges (room management) with Marc were done with simplicity, efficiency and friendliness. As for the accommodation, it was perfect with comfortable rooms, very good bedding and impeccable cleanliness. At the restaurant, Maryvonne and Marc, at the reception and service, were absolutely charming and caring. Laura and her dad in the kitchen, adapting to all our "requirements", delighted us. In short, we highly recommend this accommodation as part of a stay in the Larzac.
