1000 Pâtes is an Oleron institution. The new owners have taken it to another level. Long live them! A must-try...

Arrived without a reservation on a Sunday at lunchtime in September. Welcoming, friendly service, very good food. Well located. A good restaurant.

I highly recommend this establishment. Fresh ingredients and beautifully prepared dishes. The roasted fig dessert was delicious. A very warm welcome. We will gladly return.

Wonderful place! My husband and I were looking for a restaurant and stumbled upon it. A super welcoming and warm spot. The staff are friendly and always smiling. I definitely don't regret it. I ordered extra fries, and they were fantastic—a huge bowl of fries just for me. The pizzas were very generous and delicious. I'll definitely be back.

As long as the pizza maker is the same, everything is fine.

Excellent place, excellent food, the staff are welcoming, smiling, and pleasant – it's perfect, don't change a thing! I had a ribeye steak with gorgonzola sauce – absolutely delicious! The portion was very generous, and the crumble was also very good. A pleasant break before getting back to my bus route 😉, thank you!

Still just as good even though the restaurant has been sold. They've kept the same fantastic pizza chef, and the food is still excellent. Friendly service. I recommend it.

26/09/2026: This gentleman is truly talented; his pizzas are the best on the island, loaded with ingredients, and his dough is absolutely excellent.
