It's the first time I've tasted such fresh and high-quality ingredients in France. The chef is incredibly creative! 🌟 💗 The menu here is exclusively customized based on seasonal ingredients, and I highly recommend their morels, which are incredibly fresh! ❤️ The steak is grilled on the outside and tender on the inside, just perfect, and the texture of the beef is very precise! ❤️ The cod sauce has a very new flavor, quite different from the traditional version. The freshness of the cod is delightful, and the quality of the meat is exceptional! 💕 My favorite thing is that their desserts are absolutely delicious; I'd say they're the best ❗ according to Michelin among French desserts. The yuzu ice cream is fresh and refreshing, and you can taste the feeling 🌱 of spring. 🍨 The smooth, melt-in-your-mouth mousse is a treat for your taste buds, with chocolate, vanilla, or coconut flavored ice cream underneath! Paired with the incredibly delicious buttery madeleine, the cake is simply divine! Plus, the country bread they serve is incredibly soft, and there are three complimentary homemade cheese flavors, which is a really unique touch! Finally, at dessert time, a handsome Frenchman was pushing a cart to show you 10 different kinds of cheese 😘 to try. If you want to experience authentic French ingredients and a truly unique taste, you absolutely must choose this Michelin-starred restaurant. It's truly a restaurant 🎉 that deserves to be celebrated! A first star richly deserved for the setting, the service, the food, and the tableware. All the staff are professional, friendly, and competent. Best of luck to the whole team. We were given two Antique meals as a Christmas gift, so this Wednesday at lunchtime, we headed to this establishment after making a reservation. From the welcome to the service, everything was perfect. The owner came to our table to introduce himself. We discovered inventive, succulent, and beautifully presented cuisine. The staff are highly professional and impeccably dressed. The pastry chef is creative. The wines are of good quality and at all price points. The tableware is original. This establishment, open for a year and a half, already deserves its star. We are eagerly awaiting the end of March to see all their efforts bear fruit. They are all striving for excellence.

No frills, just hard work, authenticity and quality, a focus on the customer, a family atmosphere, a clean, calm place where you can talk, relax, and savor the food. In short, a gourmet restaurant in Reims that makes you want to explore afterwards. One of the city's gems.

A truly sensational experience. We came for lunch as a group of five—four adults and one child—and had a delightful time, both for the ambiance and the dishes, each more exquisite than the last. Special mention goes to our 10-year-old son who, like many children his age, isn't usually very adventurous at the table: here, he participated in the entire meal without the slightest hesitation, proof that the cuisine can appeal to all palates. Everything is refined, light, perfectly balanced, and flavorful. The chef comes to greet the guests at the end of service, a simple yet appreciated gesture that completes the experience. An excellent—and very beautiful—restaurant, which richly deserves its Michelin star.
