Bravo to the chef and the front-of-house and kitchen teams. Everything on the five-course menu was wonderfully delicate and refined. The service was discreet and very professional. My only regret: the dining room decor was a little cold and perhaps would benefit from a screen between the entrance and the dining room. 😉
