It was an unforgettable experience. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end. The service was impeccable, the tableware delicate and refined, the dishes surprising and delicious, and the wines divine! We will definitely be back!

Friendly service and tasty appealing créations on the plates. Wine recommendations matched the dishes and the budget and preferences told to the sommelier. As I am temporarily not allowed to drink alcohol the only downside were non alcoholic drink options (not soft drinks) like a alcohol free beer, apéritif etc. but this is quite common in France (only half of visited restaurant offered it).

We were really looking forward to Le Millénaire to celebrate my husband's birthday, and to end our vacation with a bang and they delivered. Everything was outstanding: service, dinner (we choose the 7-course tasting menu and each course was so creative and interesting), wine pairing (brilliant choices), the fun and elegant atmosphere, and all the little things they did to make our night special. We'll remember this dinner for a long time. :)

A blind tasting menu for a truly exceptional experience, from start to finish… A wealth of creativity without falling into the clichés of experimental modern cuisine… no, here we remain in the realm of fierce competition and uncompromising standards. It's a lyrical flight through authentic French cuisine, transcended by passion and flavor combinations that approach perfection! A long and delightful experience where each dish becomes a discovery, where, upon tasting, one marvels at how so many elements have come together to form a gustatory puzzle where everything fits together perfectly. Having a "brilliant" chef in the family, I admit we always set the bar a little high, with expectations that have become almost the norm. The challenge was met admirably here, both in terms of the culinary experience and the quality and freshness of the meticulously prepared ingredients… and the service was truly outstanding… something that is sadly becoming increasingly difficult to find these days. Indeed, the staff is quite young, but as pleasant as they are efficient… and the sommelier: a true gem! We also greatly appreciated the setting (which we were already familiar with); it's elegant and modern, the tables are well-spaced… we felt very comfortable in your establishment. Congratulations to the entire team.
