Food excellent. The vegetable menu is very good, though a bit on the salty side if you aren't used to salt. Extensive use of herbs. Pace is good, service correct. A bit of a boring restaurant, but it does have air conditioning (happy about that, as it was 38 degrees that day). One downside: all those dull dried flower bouquets. Replace them with something more cheerful, because after a few years everything has turned a uniform white. Nothing to complain about regarding this restaurant, had a very good meal.

The cuisine was of exceptional quality, a blend of flavors. My wife and I opted for the Ancestral menu, which consisted of five different courses served without our input. This was a very good concept, allowing us to experience flavors we wouldn't have otherwise encountered. The combinations of flavors were very surprising. Bravo to the chef and his team! The service was excellent, and the staff were attentive and very friendly. Thank you for this wonderful evening.

To celebrate our wedding anniversary, my husband and I had the pleasure of lunching at Le Millénaire today, choosing the Ancestral menu. An experience that will remain etched in our memories. Everything was absolutely wonderful, from the first course to the last. Each dish was a true work of art, as beautiful as it was delicious, showcasing exceptional ingredients with remarkable creativity and skill. Every bite was a discovery and a delight. The service also deserves high praise. The team demonstrated impeccable professionalism, natural elegance, and constant attentiveness, without ever being intrusive. We felt warmly welcomed throughout the meal. We particularly appreciated the Chef's visit to our table at the end of the meal. Le Millénaire fully deserves its Michelin star. Everything is meticulously planned and executed to perfection. A huge thank you to the entire team for this timeless experience. We will return with immense pleasure and recommend this place without hesitation.
