Le Millesime sur Biganos

A must-visit if you're staying in the Bay Area. The products are of exceptional quality, perfectly cooked, and the service impeccable. And what about the price... 26 euros for a starter, main course, and dessert. Everything is perfect. Go there with your eyes closed.

This is the second time I've eaten there, but every time it's a treat! You can see that the chef has mastered his menu! I recommend it!!

Monsieur in the kitchen, Madame at the service. Impossible to expect lunch or dinner without having reserved in advance. The menu is small, a guarantee of cuisine made with fresh, local products. We passed by the Millésime for several years without ever seeing it, then one day someone told us about it and we went there. The €26 menu offers a choice of 3 starters, including a famous foie gras served generously, 3 dishes with meat or fish and 3 desserts. All with a very rich and accessible wine list. After this first time, we went back with friends. We were all very satisfied like the first time. Le Millésime, a restaurant recognized by its regulars, deserves to be known.

Regular attendance and always satisfied. A place that we recommend without hesitation.

A little address to remember. To my knowledge, a couple has been running this restaurant for several years now and the magic still works. I promise they are not part of my family but the dishes are excellent and the welcome is warm. Best enjoyed between adults.

Too bad there are no trees, and therefore no shade, in the parking lot. Do not leave an animal in a car, you will find it cooked!

Excellent discovery. In April, there are few restaurant options in the area, so we end up choosing a burger or a set menu. We managed to get two seats for dinner and we left delighted. From the welcome to the quality and originality of the dishes, which are also very well presented, it was flawless! Hats off to this couple who run this establishment with such skill. Keep it up for our enjoyment.

A dinner for 6 people. All the guests enjoyed themselves! Personally : Chestnut soup (real) Beef fillet with slice of pan-fried liver Chocolate fondant It was delicious and well presented, on nice wooden tables made from wine crates. A beautiful wine list Attentive, attentive service, you feel genuine kindness. Brief ! We feel good! I recommend.
