The place is very nice but we were forgotten even though we had specified that we had 1 hour for dinner because there was a show.
On the menu, the fish ceviche is disappointing.
The einkorn risotto is excellent!
And unfortunately we couldn't have dessert because of the delay in service.
The wine in the pitcher could be much better because this costières was very limited, however it is easy to find a nicer wine from the surrounding winegrowers.
Despite everything, the place and the experience are worth the detour and the prices are very affordable.
The Mirande location is superb and the Mirage which is in the basement has its charm because it is well appointed. Very common and moderately cooked cuisine; overcooked cod, ceviche without chili, dessert with orgeat without specifying this. And lousy wines (at 8 euros a glass from costières).
