Excellent lunch both in terms of quantity and quality. Very reasonable price. I recommend this address.

Excellent value for money, refinement and real cuisine, to be enjoyed without hesitation.

We can't really complain about the dishes but there is a big lack of communication between the kitchen and the service. Beef skirt is on the daily menu and à la carte. We order it but the waiter comes back to tell us that there is no more. We fall back on the croques which are rather large toasts. The cook spills the last one and there is nothing left to make another one. On the other hand, the "staff" supplement of €2.50 is clearly present on the bill... obviously we are not the only table to have to change our choice.... Very mixed experience

Nous étions 10 personnes sans réservation, pas de problème, on nous prépare une table. 9 personnes choisissent le menu du jour et la hampe de bœuf (avec supplément 2.5€). Le serveur revient nous dire qu'il n'y a plus de hampe... 8 prennent des croques monsieur (plutôt des grandes tartines) et 1 choisit les saucisses/frites. Sauf que la dernière tartine a été renversée en cuisine et qu'il n'y a plus d'œuf pour la recommencer! A chaque fois, le serveur est envoyé au casse pipe pour nous annoncer les changements. Au moment de payer, les suppléments hampe étaient sur la note!! Celle ci a été refaite mais il en restait encore 1, remboursé en liquide. Pas de geste commercial pour le désagrément. Et à aucun moment il est notifié qu'il n'y a plus de hampe pour les autres clients qui arrivent. Ce plat était dans le menu du jour mais aussi à la carte! Mauvaise gestion? Manque de communication entre la cuisine et la salle? La seule réponse que j'ai, c'est que nous ne retournerons pas dans cet endroit si nous repassons à Guéret

The value for money is very favorable, the products seem fresh and the plates are well presented. It's a good address for a stopover on your vacation route. A small downside perhaps for the decor which could use some updating, but that doesn't detract from the rest. I keep the card, just in case, you never know?

A timeless lunch.... Thanks to this magical place, attentive service, and a menu made up of local and tasty products, I had an absolutely delicious time. If you go to Guéret, don't miss this absolutely charmingly authentic restaurant!! I LOVED IT!!!!!!

Good, unpretentious, hearty meal. The presentation is neat. 2 dishes for vegetarians, burger or salad. Note that the vegetarian salad is essentially composed of green salad and the other components of the dish deserve to be much more present. Smiling and pleasant staff. The service is fast

We arrived late and there were a lot of people but the boss was still there to serve us by apologizing for the wait. Very kind and her husband too. The meal was very good. Fast service despite lack of staff. I recommend

Superbe lieu avec plafonds et boiseries moulurés, très bien décoré par la patronne, férue d'art floral. Le menu est toujours excellent , varié, avec du choix, servi rapidement avec de délicieux accompagnements. Les desserts sont succulents, le service très aimable. J'y déjeune souvent, avec des amis et j'apprécie toujours autant.
