Le Molière sur Nantes

Lunch for two at this brasserie. The daily special, lasagna, was a rather small portion, unfortunately not very tasty, and the rest of the plate was piled high with a rather bland salad. The croque monsieur was equally basic, but acceptable for the price. The coffee was quite bitter, while the chocolate fondant dessert (advertised as homemade) was excellent, although the portion was tiny. The dining area was quite crowded with tables; you had to move other people to get to yours, making the room rather noisy, and the service a bit rushed. Efficient for a quick meal, but not really enjoyable.

Guillaume makes fantastic cocktails, don't hesitate to ask him for his recommendations :)

Nice. It's a shame they make it clear you have to leave as soon as you've finished your coffee... It's the holiday season, so it's busy, I understand, but having to come and ask twice if we'd like something else in such a short time is really poor customer service.

A simple brasserie with affordable prices. Quick and friendly service. I suspect the fries aren't homemade, but the meal was good, reasonably priced, and located on Place Graslin. I was looking for a quick and easy meal in the city center. Very satisfied and I'll be back.

We were in Nantes yesterday. A lunch break at Molière added to the fun of the day. Very pleasant staff. Magnificent setting. But above all, the food was of very good quality. Fast service, even though it was packed... A big thank you to you 🤓🤓.
