Great service, food and staff. 10/10

Our 'local' when visiting Nantes. Adjacent to our hotel & visited numerous times for drinks & meals. Great atmosphere that inserts you into the French 'vibe'

The wine was good, although a bit pricey at €7.40 for a glass of Provençal rosé. However, for a wine bar, it's unacceptable to serve wine in a damaged glass, especially at that price!

Le Molière is an institution; the staff is always very welcoming and friendly. The food and drinks are excellent! Whether you're looking for a coffee during your lunch break or a drink on the terrace, the experience is fantastic :)

In 35 years, I've come several times for drinks, but this was my first time for lunch (at 3:00 PM)... Agathe provided excellent service, striking the perfect balance between professionalism and a touch of lightheartedness. The products were high quality without being overly commercial, despite the superb setting. Overall, I highly recommend it.

A mixed experience… The interior was quite noisy, so we opted to sit on the terrace. We had barely sat down when the waiters became rather insistent on taking our order. Imagine our surprise then to discover a €0.50 surcharge for drinks on the terrace, mentioned only in tiny print on the menu! A difficult increase to justify, especially for drinks that were already expensive.

Four guests, two sets of four glasses, two sharing platters (including a colorful, delicious, and incredibly generous vegetarian one!!! 🤤)... The perfect combo to start the evening! Pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff! 😇

Lunch for two at this brasserie. The daily special, lasagna, was a rather small portion, unfortunately not very tasty, and the rest of the plate was piled high with a rather bland salad. The croque monsieur was equally basic, but acceptable for the price. The coffee was quite bitter, while the chocolate fondant dessert (advertised as homemade) was excellent, although the portion was tiny. The dining area was quite crowded; you had to move other people to get to your table, making the room rather noisy, and the service a bit rushed. Efficient for a quick meal, but not really enjoyable.

Guillaume makes fantastic cocktails, don't hesitate to ask him for his recommendations :)

It's not bad, but we thought it was an expensive place for the coffee they served us.
