After speaking with the manager, we managed to reserve a special time slot for our group of guests.
The venue is incredibly beautiful, and the service was very attentive and expert.
We were directed towards the tasting, which was a great introduction if you're unsure of your rum preferences.

Tasting rums in a deconsecrated chapel is already incredible… but with a selection of 250 varieties, the experience is truly immersive.

The wait was over 30 minutes for the explanations and over an hour before the tasting began. The person who greeted us was very friendly and knowledgeable, but these organizational issues spoiled the experience. The spirits we tasted were good, but nothing exceptional for the price.
