One of the best restaurants in Issy-les-Moulineaux. The setting is magnificent, the food is excellent. I recommend it to all my friends, and they have always been delighted with the service and the food.

Excellent place! Everything was perfect: generous portions, delicious food, and great value for money. The service (speed) could certainly be improved. Go without hesitation, you won't be disappointed. Remember to book your table in advance.

24/07/2026: We had a fantastic time at Victor Hugo!! The owner was lovely and very helpful! We ate very well and had a wonderful evening. I highly recommend this place ☺️
18/07/2026: We came to this restaurant to spend the evening after a hard week at work. The service was very respectful and the atmosphere very friendly. The dishes looked very appetizing. The ravioli and the ribeye steak were a real treat. However, there was a slight downside. The dessert and the chips served with the aperitif had gone bad, and we were both sick the following night. Therefore, I can't give it 5 stars. I will come back to eat, but not for a very long time.
