Frankly, as a regular customer, I have absolutely no desire to change venues given my expectations. Kouam and Denis are truly wonderful people with unwavering resilience and an innate sense of observation. I can't help but notice their interactions with other customers, and their professionalism amazes me every day. And let's not forget the person at the bar when I go to the restroom who smiles at me and gives me a warm greeting that rekindles a spark—I'm talking about Mademoiselle Élodie. All this to conclude by sharing a message from Mr. Jean-Paul Sarthre: "We are our choices." This place is my choice, and I would recommend it to anyone in the La Défense area who wants a peaceful place with the respect and security it deserves.
