I would like to give my opinion
Foie gras starter, a delight, nothing to say
On the other hand, as far as the meat is concerned, I didn't necessarily appreciate the mushroom sauce, which lacked seasoning for my taste. The wine prices are exorbitant for a brasserie like this. Perhaps you should see a range of wines at a more reasonable price..
Friendly welcome and attentive room staff
In the middle of nowhere
Like an oasis
The Jura meadow as the only horizon
If you don't stop there, you will have missed something.
Cozy and warm setting
Tasty cuisine
Exceptional restaurant run by a dynamic and welcoming team, accessible in an idyllic setting. Let yourself be charmed by this restaurant which has been an institution in the region for almost 40 years. A varied menu, which presents both the classic dishes that have made it famous but also new dishes that showcase the talents of their new chef.
Whether you are a couple, a family or for a banquet, the Mont de Fuans restaurant will meet your expectations. Highly recommended and will return without hesitation.
Great stop between Besançon and Morteau. Simple (in the good sense of the word) and friendly service. Hearty and exquisite soup! For my part, I had the trout in white wine, very good. I would have liked fewer potatoes in the accompanying vegetables, since we were also served a large plate of fries. I found the price of wine by the glass a little too high.
