A tiny restaurant with mountain-style decor. Good cocktails. The menu is somewhat limited due to the theme. They have decent set menus. I had a burger and fries and a caramelized fromage frais, both of which were good. No assigned parking, but there's parking nearby. The waiter was very friendly.

Excellent fresh produce from small producers, no frozen goods, and a very warm welcome – you really feel like you're in the mountains – and excellent value for money. Go there!

The Mont d'Or fondue was excellent! Paired with a cocktail, it was heavenly. I finished with French toast for dessert, and the brioche bread was incredibly soft, even when pan-fried!

26/02/2026: Passing through Bar-sur-Aube, I stopped at this restaurant. What a pleasant surprise! The setting is truly wonderful, a blend of the old stone walls of the cellar with simple, modern furnishings. The €29 Tradition menu (starter, main course, dessert) was very appealing. Fresh ingredients, attractive presentation, and perfectly balanced flavors. The only slight drawback was the "gourmet coffee," which was a bit average. Thank you for the warm welcome.
