One last evening at the domain hotel 👍👍 and a very very good gourmet meal Impeccable service A big thank you to the very friendly and professional sommelier, who recommended very good wines to pair with the dishes.

The place is magnificent, ideal for a romantic dinner. The chef puts a lot of research, quality and finesse into his creations. One downside, however: the plate is not very generous, a zucchini flower stuffed into a huge plate! I suggest a duo.

Restaurant, in an exceptional setting in a castle on an estate with a body of water. Impeccable service, but a little long. High quality and creative cuisine. Very good value for money compared to other restaurants of comparable quality and standing. €300 for two with wine. (for six and eight dishes respectively)

30/07/2024: Nous étions à Sète en visite pour la journée, Nous sommes tombés par hasard sur votre restaurant alors nous avons tenté. C’était parfait autant pour nous adultes que pour nos filles
30/07/2024: Peu visible de la rue, ce restaurant mérite amplement les 1300 avis à 5*! Accueil chaleureux, explication des plats, carte courte en faveur d'une fraicheur et d'une qualité irréprochable. Le gravlax de saumon sur son lit de pommes norvégiennes est juste parfait. Idem pour la panna cotta excellente. Bravo.
