Un peu coincé sur une petite table car je n' avais pas réservé... mais quel bonheur de déguster des moules bien en chair avec une cuisson parfaite. Moules à l' Indienne...un régal !! Jolie portion..!! Rien à dire de plus !!! J' avais lu quelques avis un peu négatifs avant d' y aller quand même... N' en croyez rien,!! Mais réservez..car il y a une clientèle fidèle apparemment !

An explosion of flavors at Jérôme and his wife at La Moulerie. Impeccable service, warm and cozy atmosphere. I recommend the “Around Salmon” dish, it is a creative, delicious dish and the presentation is particularly neat in a star-shaped deep plate. The flavors are exquisite. The dish is only made to order...what is good is rare, the fork is guaranteed...it is a unique culinary experience. La Moulerie is an essential address for gourmets.

Super pleasant telephone reservation! Arrival on site, nice place on the side of the road, unfortunately rain arrived at the time of entry which I think greatly destabilized the team... change of place from the terrace to the inside but no room for everyone! They did what they could! Services; smiling waitresses but one of the waitresses is not, I think, trained enough (bringing butter with your fingers to the plate and the plate not clean… average lol) average now the girls have managed to keep calm and this notwithstanding an upheaval due to the rain so really well done! The boss serves in his own way lol but it’s friendly we’ll say! 😂 The quality of the products is very real, really for my part the Roquefort mussels are top notch, my lover's well-cooked sea bream fillet is a treat! We didn't even have dessert because we were so full! A big thank you to the team we will come back, Thanks also to the very smiling and very available bartender.

Everything was top notch. Friendly and attentive service to customers. The perfect cuisine for a reasonable price. For my part, I recommend the chef's mussels accompanied by melted salmon and leek cream, the best I have eaten... the homemade fries in addition... we recommend

Excellente adresse ! L’industriel ne rentre pas dans cette maison et ça, ça fait plaisir!!! Nous nous sommes régalés avec les spécialités de la maison et avons décidé d’y retourner le lendemain, prolongeant ainsi notre séjour en Vendée ! Merci à toute l’équipe de ce joli petit restaurant!!!
