A wonderful culinary experience, featuring local produce with Japanese-inspired seasoning. Reasonably priced at €39 for a three-course menu, a lovely setting, and impeccable service. Reservations are essential 😉

We appreciated the warm welcome and the lovely, delicious dishes served. Not to mention the house cocktail as an aperitif.
Passing through the Cotentin region in our campervan.
We enjoyed a peaceful night on the grounds so we could be there in time for our visit to the mill in the morning 😉.
An experience worth sharing.

A mixed experience at Moulin du Vent. As others have already pointed out, the welcome was rather cold and the atmosphere in the dining room lacked warmth. This is a bit of a shame, especially in a region with a sometimes harsh climate.
The menu aims for sophistication, but the food doesn't quite live up to its promise: Savora sauce or apple ketchup—it's far from a true gastronomic experience! That said, the dishes were decent, particularly the desserts. The wine list is quite limited, and the entry-level wines are expensive. Ultimately, the best memory of the evening will remain the return to the Hôtel L’Erguillière along the coastal path at sunset. A truly magical moment!

A very nice restaurant; the menu introduced us to new flavors and was absolutely delicious! The service was perfect with a friendly welcome. We will be back! (It was a new discovery for us, a birthday present.)
