A mixed experience at Moulin du Vent. As others have already pointed out, the welcome was rather cold and the atmosphere in the dining room lacked warmth. This is a bit of a shame, especially in a region with a climate that can sometimes be harsh. The menu aims for sophistication, but the food doesn't quite live up to its promise: Savora sauce or apple ketchup—it's far from a true gastronomic experience! That said, the dishes were decent, particularly the desserts. The wine list is quite limited, and the entry-level wines are expensive. Ultimately, the best memory of the evening will remain the return to the Hôtel L’Erguillière along the coastal path at sunset. A truly magical moment!

A very nice restaurant; the menu introduced us to new flavors and was absolutely delicious! The service was perfect with a friendly welcome. We will be back! (It was a new discovery for us, a birthday present.)

A surprising discovery: this restaurant on the edge of La Hague, near Port Racine. The restaurant has a refined atmosphere with a beautiful sea view. The cuisine is a fusion of local Cotentin produce and Asian influences, all executed with delicacy and precision. I highly recommend it and will definitely return if I have the opportunity to visit the Cotentin again.
