The staff were very professional. However, I was disappointed by the food. There was no presentation whatsoever, and when I see the reviews with photos, it doesn't correspond at all to what we received. A shame...

Le Moulin a Vent

14/07/2026: A mixed experience at Moulin du Vent. As others have already pointed out, the welcome was rather cold and the atmosphere in the dining room lacked warmth. This is a bit of a shame, especially in a region with a climate that can sometimes be harsh. The menu aims for sophistication, but the food doesn't quite live up to its promise: Savora sauce or apple ketchup—it's far from a true gastronomic experience! That said, the dishes were decent, particularly the desserts. The wine list is quite limited, and the entry-level wines are expensive. Ultimately, the best memory of the evening will remain the return to the Hôtel L’Erguillière along the coastal path at sunset. A truly magical moment!
14/06/2026: High-quality cuisine, local produce, an elegant dining room overlooking the sea. The best restaurant in the area. A truly wonderful experience.
