Rooms, pool, everything has been renovated. Very clean, good beds.

Location: Excellent, with a large, quiet, and relaxing park. Room: Perfect: Super clean and the air conditioning worked perfectly! Breakfast: Superb! A very complete and well-organized buffet! A real treat! Food: Very few local products! Not even Puy lentils... the menu is very limited. What a shame! Furthermore, the chef is, in my opinion, overwhelmed too easily...

A wonderful family weekend, staying cool during the heatwave. The facilities, especially the rooms and the pool, have been recently renovated and are very pleasant. The staff are incredibly attentive, welcoming, and caring. I highly recommend it.

Perfect. A pleasant, quiet, and shady spot, spacious rooms, a lovely terrace for a carefully prepared evening meal. A lavish buffet breakfast featuring fresh, local produce. Everything was perfect.

Wow! Excellent welcome, shaded terrace, the chef is a truly great chef using excellent ingredients, and the bill was more than reasonable. Ample parking, a magnificent restaurant, the setting is magical in a verdant park. I highly recommend it.

A very pleasant stay at Moulin de Barette. Everything has been renovated, the setting is lovely and peaceful. Spacious, air-conditioned rooms.

The location appeared quite attractive on the photographs but the rooms we received were not in the main building but in separate tracts. These were very simple albeit functional and very quiet. The surroundings are bucolic and the proximity of le Puy en Velay quite practical if one does not want to park the car in the big city where traffic can be chaotic. We did not have dinner there but only breakfast which was served in a separate room of the main building. Practical but not very romantic !

Beautiful place and location, with welcoming staff. We stayed for one night, with a very good evening meal and breakfast. The rooms were spacious and quiet in a lovely setting.

Lots of potential as the place is very quiet, wooded, the place is being renovated but the rooms are all renovated and of premium comfort.

Fantastic! I highly recommend it! I was lucky enough to stay in a room in the small cottages next to the hotel…cleanliness/comfortable beds/a quality bathroom…what more could you ask for: unbeatable value for money.
