A true gem! We had an unforgettable stay at this hotel-restaurant, beautifully housed in a former mill. The setting is simply idyllic and romantic: the soothing sound of the water, the surrounding greenery, and the warm atmosphere create the perfect backdrop for relaxation. The restaurant's cuisine is a real treasure. Local produce is showcased with remarkable skill. Special mention goes to the Bresse chicken, absolutely divine, and the touches of Italian cuisine that add a lovely originality to the menu. Every dish was a delight, as beautiful as it was delicious. The service is attentive, and all the staff are incredibly kind. A place that combines charm, authenticity, and gastronomy: I highly recommend it!
