Thanks to chef Maxime and his brigade for this delicious meal, we had a great time. Without forgetting Céline, her charming smile and her precious oenological advice. Thank you very much, we will come back.

Superb location, very professional welcome, 3-day stay to visit the region, very well-equipped room and restaurant with the chef's suggestion.... Magnificent, frankly to be done again with the sun, well done to the whole team

Discovering the Moulin de Châlons, an idyllic timeless setting with the singing of frogs in the evening, the charm of the exposed stone, the spirit of the ancient coupled with modernism. A restaurant that offers seasonal, homemade and refined dishes. What more can I say other than EXCELLENT! An establishment as charming as it is is nothing without its staff. Again, nothing to complain about. Absolutely all the staff are pleasant, attentive, discreet and with a little touch of humor. This is an establishment we will return to and which we will not hesitate to recommend. Thanks to the whole team.

As an evening stopover at Logis Hôtel, I recommend this hotel. Certainly, the price is average high for accommodation but the meal is the best I have ever eaten, and I had the opportunity to try many of them. It's excellent: modern, very good, efficient service. The breakfast too, by the way, with quality products. The room is more classic but the night was very quiet (in March). The welcome was nice. I'm going back as soon as possible!

Excellent food, friendly but a little inexperienced service, that will come with time. A little unfavorable value for money compared to competitors in the sector but worth the detour if only to find out. However, I don't think I'll go back even though we have a real cook behind the stove, no doubt about it.
