Le Moulin de Chaudé sur Chemille-Sur-Indrois

On this beautiful day, May 16, 2026, we said "I do" at the Villeloin-Coulangé town hall, and then celebrated our reception at Le Moulin de Chaudé. We had a wonderful evening there, truly feeling at home. We were able to play music, bring our own decorations, and Céline, the owner, prepared our table with great care and attention to detail. Everything was impeccable, warm, and perfectly organized. A huge thank you also to the chef, as everything was delicious, from the meal to the magnificent cake, which was a hit with everyone. We were welcomed with our three dogs—two large and one small—and they too felt right at home, which touched us deeply. We will return every year on this date to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Another huge thank you for this superb evening, which will remain etched in our memories.

We came back twice, just for the chance to try the other dishes that had tempted us from the very first night! The owner's humor and warm welcome—especially towards our dog—contributed greatly to the atmosphere. A place you won't easily give up!

Even coming from Chenonceau, the food is worth the trip. The service is very efficient and the owner is very kind. We highly recommend it.

Excellent restaurant. The chard gratin with skate cheeks and langoustines as a starter was sublime. The rabbit saddle was equally delicious. The Liège chocolate dessert is worth the trip for its dark chocolate ice cream, which is probably homemade. The service is impeccable. Very good value for money.

Fresh produce and local wine, refined cuisine in a romantic setting!

What made me smile, having already left, was the extra 50 cents on the aperitif for a tiny little dish of stale popcorn—what a shame! If we had known, we would have ordered the foie gras plate when we paid, which we would have shared. Aside from that, the lady was friendly and professional, and the dishes lived up to our expectations.

Refined French cuisine made with local produce, a pleasant terrace by the water, impeccable service, and a warm welcome. I highly recommend it.

It had been a long time since I'd eaten so well in a restaurant. The taste, the presentation, and especially the quality—everything was there to tantalize your taste buds. The dishes were incredibly flavorful and the seasoning was perfect. The setting was simply magnificent. Special mention to the chef and his wife. Keep up the good work and don't change a thing; your dishes are simply wonderful! 👍😋
