A restaurant that deserves to be known and recognized. Impeccable cuisine, a delight from appetizer to dessert. We were the only two customers on a Saturday night, which is incomprehensible given the quality of the meal and service. Come and enjoy a delicious meal and support this couple's hard work.

Traveling under the King's command, I, Sir Ludovic de Téléton, accompanied by my valiant soldiers, crossed woods and valleys leading to Chemillé-sur-Indrois, when hunger, a harsh traveling companion, pressed upon us. We found rest at a place called Le Moulin de Chaudé, where worthy men are received with honor and a generous heart.
No sooner had I sat down at the table than I was brought a dish worthy of the high court: pan-fried foie gras, tender and golden, which revived my body and strengthened my spirit to continue the royal procession. My companions, famished, dared to look at the dish with longing; the host, a man of great heart but firm in his judgment, refused to give them the leftovers, saying that each must have their due. And with his generous hand, he served them a restorative soup, hot and fragrant, such as many a lord would have desired.
Thus, refreshed and fortified, we resumed our journey under the setting sun, and I reflected to myself that rarely does one find such a perfect blend of culinary skill and nobility of heart. The surrounding lands, peaceful and verdant, bore witness to our stop, and everyone, from the humblest servant to the lord that I am, felt honored and nourished.
