Very cozy and good food. But it's just a shame that they can't keep their hands off your diesel there. And the owner can't do anything about that either..
A very nice little restaurant, the service was excellent, and the food was quite good, although the wide selection sometimes gives the impression that it's not all homemade.
Brasserie with air conditioning... simple but sufficiently hearty home-style cooking... set menu with starter, main course, and dessert... reservations recommended... apparently very popular with truck drivers and businessmen...
Everything is perfect, with a truck parking area reserved for customers, but there's an Intermarché supermarket next door for those who want to buy extra supplies for the night. The service is very quick and efficient.
However, for a roadside restaurant, it's a bit pricey... €18 for the set menu without cheese (since you don't order cheese or dessert) and drinks are extra. The set menu easily comes to €20, compared to the average of €16-17.
