When you find a bone in the middle of your dish, it seems to me that it is up to the cook to come and apologize to the customer and that this task should not be delegated. YOU MUST KNOW HOW TO TAKE AND ASSUME YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES in addition to commercial gesture would have been the minimum to do.

What a place, what a time, what gastronomy! Fantastic and unforgettable. The setting is lovely and the Inspiration menu is, to say the least, very inspired and inspiring. A tasty journey, sometimes explosive, sometimes surprising, where Combawa serves as a link between the plates. Awesome. A totally fabulous address, especially as the wine list contains accessible gems like this remarkable Tercet, a Hautes Côtes de Nuits from Marc Soyard with excellent value for money, like this tasting menu. Not to mention the bread taken from the local bakery and served still hot. Honestly, it deserves a lot more than one star. Especially since the staff in the dining room are smiling, attentive, professional and not devoid of humor. This is my favorite of the year. You will love it.

U.e très belle table à laquelle on a jamais été déçus. C'est beau, bon et copieux, le tout pour un prix très raisonnable compte tenu de la prestation.

Nous avions dégusté le menu INSPIRATION au début de Juillet, nous l’avons choisi de nouveau il y a quelques jours et nous ne l’avons pas regretté , il était encore meilleur . Les ingrédients et les cuissons nous ont impressionnés , en particulier , le foie gras de Nontron ( fondant ) le pigeonneau ( un régal) et la combinaison betterave/Manslois/ caviar . Le vin blanc du Minervois ( aux amis de ma soeur ) est assez souple pour s’adapter aux différents plats , mais il a un peu de mal à exister face à des plats très riches en saveurs variées . Il m’a semblé que le plateau de fromages était un peu plus diversifié , même s’il reste assez sage . Les desserts sont très fins mais pas bluffants . Comme d’habitude le service était diligent et attentif. On va peut-être attendre le changement de la carte , avant d’y retourner! Merci pour cette belle soirée!
