The food was very good, but the dishes were a bit simple and the presentation basic (except for the strawberry flower dessert, which was incredibly beautifully presented). We were seated at a high table, shared with another couple, which was a bit awkward for a romantic dinner. We found a hair in our langoustines (!!!), and the waitress (who was actually the most pleasant and professional of the evening) apologized, but there was no compensation when the bill arrived... The quality of service varied greatly depending on the staff. The person in charge of the wines wasn't the most pleasant and answered our questions about the menu as if it were obvious and we were being silly to ask. In short, a mixed review. The food is good, the setting is superb, but clearly not up to the standard expected of a Michelin-starred restaurant (we've tried several). We tried it, but we won't be going back.

A lovely place, efficient cuisine, but the service needs a complete overhaul: pleasant but inefficient staff, poorly managed (I had to ask several times for the wine, the coffee was awful, no wine pairings to match the dishes…). Not worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. A shame…

By far the best restaurant we've ever been to! We absolutely loved Moulin de la Tardoire. The Inspiration menu is a magnificent experience: high-quality ingredients, original combinations, perfectly executed cooking, and dishes as beautiful as they are delicious. Refined, creative cuisine bursting with flavor from start to finish. An exceptional gastronomic experience that truly impressed us. An address we wholeheartedly recommend and where we will gladly return! ❤️
