A rare gem, which we were lucky enough to discover together. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by this magnificent place, renovated with exquisite taste and steeped in history. Every detail tells a story, especially the owner's grandmother's mementos, which truly give the place its soul. As for the food, it was flawless: local produce, generous portions, delicious and perfectly executed dishes. Everything was delightful, from the aperitif to the dessert, with a menu that makes you want to try everything. But what makes the experience truly unique is the welcome. The owners are warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. We even extended the evening with some music and long conversations with the owner. A real connection, far beyond just a simple dinner. A charming guesthouse, remarkable cuisine, and above all, an unforgettable atmosphere. An exceptional experience and a place we wholeheartedly recommend.

A superb discovery, from the geographical location, a magnificent view over the valley, the old mill converted into a restaurant with a beautiful family history, the excellent cuisine, and the lovely team!!

The restaurant was recommended to us by the owner of our guesthouse, and we weren't disappointed at all. The atmosphere was warm and peaceful, and the place was very relaxing. The staff were incredibly attentive to us and our dog. The dishes were varied and, most importantly, prepared with local produce – a real treat! We highly recommend this restaurant.

A magical, authentic, and refined place. High above Nice, in the charming village of Blausasc, this characterful inn is run by a passionate local. Very attentive to his guests, he'll also tell you all about the history of this former olive oil mill in detail! The dishes are refined and reimagined. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed. A place you'll want to keep secret!
