We've dined here for both lunch and inner many times over the years 2017, 18, 19, 23 and 24 and the hallmark of a good restaurant is consistency.
Pascale and Sophie make a great team providing excellent cuisine with interesting and often innovative dishes that are definitely not just the same old same old offerings. Service is always helpful, accommodating and with charm, one always feels special. The cuisine and presentation along with good value make this a destination not to be missed and worthy of it's Michelin guide listing.

The restaurant is located on the banks of the Canal du Midi, which allows you to see the anvils in action throughout your stay. The food is excellent, original, with a very careful preparation. If you're a glutton, you might be left wanting, but you can always ask for something more. The service, very professional.

Great experience! Very nice setting right on the edge of the locks. Excellent value for money. Very good dishes. Very rich wine list with a particular effort to highlight very good local wines at very reasonable prices. Welcoming staff, very helpful. Thanks for a great family meal today! Special mention to the turbo and the Chateau Canet white.

We landed by chance at the Trêbes lock right in front of the restaurant, we went there to eat in the setting we liked.
We had a warm welcome
The waitresses were excellent, advice on wine, discreet, friendly, professional
The cook is worthy of a great starred chef

A pleasant discovery! Reservations strongly recommended and we quickly understand why!!!
The setting is idyllic. You have lunch on a terrace entirely in the shade, on the edge of the canal, very close to a lock. So you can enjoy the view of the boats passing by. The number of tables allows you to move around without disturbing other customers.
The service is impeccable, the staff attentive, the cuisine is perfect and delicious.
I recommend Le Moulin de Trèbes.

Après 3h de navigation l'endroit était tout trouvé pour un arrêt à midi. Quel magnifique endroit. Jolie terrasse ombragée au bord du canal 👍👏Un très bon Accueil et le Personnel très souriant et aimable. Nous prenons l'apéro et le menu complet avec poisson. Délicieux et des échanges de goût excellent. Vraiment passé un très bon moment dans cet établissement au calme. 👏👏😉👍
