The restaurant is perfect, but the catering service is even better, from Jef Camille Constantin to Sophie, the catering manager, and Pascal, the attentive head waiter. I highly recommend this establishment.

An excellent experience in a setting with a lovely view of the Loir River. We thoroughly enjoyed the Vivaldy menu from the start of the meal to the delicious dessert. Impeccable service. I highly recommend it.

A pleasant setting and refined atmosphere, with attentive and caring service throughout the meal. The presentation is elegant and precise, contributing significantly to the gastronomic experience.
However, there are a few reservations.
The price of wines by the glass seems frankly excessive.
The menu layout also lacks care and elegance, which is surprising in an establishment of this caliber, especially given the several typographical errors. As for the cuisine, the execution is skillful, but the menu remains very traditional. Overall, it lacks originality, personality, and a willingness to take risks—the kind of creativity one expects in a fine-dining restaurant.
