A high-quality restaurant with friendly and attentive staff. The meal was superb, a feast for the eyes with an explosion of flavors and colors. The presentation was beautiful, and the menu descriptions were impeccable. We had a wonderful evening celebrating our wedding anniversary! I highly recommend it for food lovers!

INCREDIBLE 😍 A refined and flavorful meal in a calm and elegant setting, served by highly professional and discreet staff. The owner is a true connoisseur (even an expert) of wines; you can trust him completely, you absolutely won't be disappointed (and that's coming from a wine lover 😉). Having dined at several gourmet restaurants in and around Mâcon, I can attest to this being the best, without hesitation. It's IMPOSSIBLE to be disappointed 👍 Thank you, Yannick (the owner), for your kindness and your countless tips and information about the excellent wines of the region. We ate and slept at this place, which is a big yes. The dinner was excellent. A three-course menu that became six with the addition of two amuse bouches and one mini dessert. The menu cost €52 without drinks, proving that it's still possible to have great food at a reasonable price. My menu included Saint-Jacques as a starter and monkfish as a main course, so high-quality ingredients. The service was excellent, with very little waiting, and the staff were very courteous and friendly. The hotel room was spacious and quiet, and I can confirm it wasn't noisy despite its proximity to the highway. We also stopped for breakfast, which was plentiful and delicious, with baguettes and various jams, brioche, eggs, yogurt, fromage blanc, and compote. In short, it had everything for only €14. A place I highly recommend, well done! The spacious and modern room was also perfect.

This restaurant offers excellent value for money! It feels like a gourmet experience at a very reasonable price (around 30-35 euros). The dishes are as delicious as they are beautiful, and the staff are very attentive.

We had an exceptionally good meal and slept here. A wonderful place surrounded by vineyards. We'll be back.

Our gastronomic experience was delightful. The staff was charming, the room clean and comfortable, and quiet despite the proximity of the highway, which was unnoticeable from inside. The breakfast was generous and of high quality. In the restaurant, the Signature menu (starter, main course, dessert for €52) was a real treat. The all-female table service was stylish and efficient, even though all the tables were occupied. The recommendations of a young sommelier were invaluable. Our next trip to the region will definitely lead us to stop at Le Moulin du Gastronome again!

An absolutely magical experience at Moulin du Gastronome! Everything was perfect from start to finish. Dishes as beautiful as they were delicious, presented like true works of art. The service, the ambiance, the attention to detail… everything comes together to create an exceptional experience. You can taste the genuine passion in every dish. A huge favorite, 5 stars well deserved, and then some! I highly recommend it!
