A wonderful site, a park to discover, a pleasant welcome, an extraordinary room and service. Private spa and sauna by reservation. The proposed dinner offers dishes with bold flavors and presentations. Sweetbreads like never before, a tuna steak and its accompaniment of red pesto. In short, a team totally dedicated to guests, a must-do.

Very beautiful hotel full of charm with restaurant and private spa. The rooms are a little old but still very functional.

A charming little hotel, the rooms are comfortable, the setting and the staff pleasant with heated swimming pool and spa by reservation.
I recommend the restaurant, compliments to the chef with gourmet cuisine and perfectly presented dishes.

Perfect. Superb hotel in a beautiful old mill setting and with a large garden. Modern and clean room. Top restaurant and smiling staff. 2 nights with breakfast in a wonderbox (no extra charge despite the month of August). Swimming pool and spa.

We had a very pleasant time in this bucolic place.
Very good cuisine and attentive staff. All that's missing is a terrace for breakfast and a lounge area for an aperitif.
Beautiful region to discover between Lake Forest d'Orient and Troyes, the pedestrian city center, too bad there are so many restaurants.

Un hôtel de charme dans un cadre exceptionnel.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce établissement.
Idéalement situé, nous avons apprécié le calme de la chambre , le très beau parc et la décoration raffinée.
Le personnel était d’une très grande amabilité. ( une mention spéciale à Teddy pour sa gentillesse son humour et ses conseils éclairés en matière de champagne )
