An excellent and unexpected culinary experience after visiting Sylvain, the nationally renowned candlemaker in Auribeau-sur-Siagne. Next to an oil mill with its restored wheel, water flows and swirls gently. This restaurant, Le Moulin du Sault, boasts a very pretty dining room and an equally pleasant sheltered terrace. We hadn't made a reservation, and luckily, we were able to get a table. The service was friendly and quick; There was a good selection of two varied menus. The dishes were tasty and generous. For a reasonable price, without an aperitif or wine, as it was so hot. Apparently, the restaurant can be booked for private events under certain conditions. Thank you, we appreciated the understated elegance, the speed, the owner's humor, and the warm welcome from all the staff.

A wonderful discovery this restaurant in Auribeau-sur-Siagne was; the summer terrace is lovely, and the welcome is warm. All the staff are friendly. The menu is very varied, and everything we ate was beautifully cooked and delicious. The service was very quick. Excellent value for money; highly recommended.
