Honestly, an extraordinary place... a must-try, a truly excellent address. Ideal for a family meal or a romantic dinner for two... The cuisine features quality ingredients and the presentation on the plate reflects the establishment's reputation... Come and discover this unique place... with no unpleasant surprises... We had a wonderful time at Moulin du Sault. The two set menus (€31.90 and €39.50, including a starter, main course, and dessert) offer excellent value for money. The ingredients are fresh, the portions are generous, and each dish is a true explosion of flavors. The service is friendly, attentive, and pleasant, and the terrace is a charming spot to enjoy your meal. The only minor drawbacks: my duck breast was slightly overcooked. Admittedly, I hadn't specified how I'd like it cooked, but for me, duck breast is usually served rare. Another regrettable point: the wine list doesn't offer any white or rosé wines under €30. This is a shame, especially in a region close to Provence and the Luberon, where you can find excellent rosés and whites at more affordable prices. Despite these few remarks, we highly recommend this lovely restaurant for the quality of its cuisine, its setting, and its warm welcome.

A magnificent place with excellent cuisine in an authentic and charming setting, especially with the renovation of the mill's exterior wheel! It's a shame it turns backwards and not in the direction of the water flow, but it's undeniably an essential addition to this magnificent building. Bravo!
