It was delicious. The decor is beautiful, and the service was good. Their three-cheese galette is divine. The caramelized apple crêpe was a bit less impressive because the apple skins were left on. I would recommend removing for a much smoother texture.

We went to eat at Moulin Vert this evening and had a wonderful time.
The welcome was pleasant. There was a slight hiccup at the beginning, but it was quickly and professionally resolved, which was much appreciated.
The savory buckwheat crepes were excellent, generously filled, and full of flavor. As for the sweet crepes for dessert, they were simply delicious! Even the children ate everything, and they're usually very picky eaters, which says a lot.
A great place to eat, and we'll definitely be back. Thank you to the whole team!

Well, it must not have been their day... First, the aperitifs and drinks arrived after the main courses had already been served... (and we had to ask for them). Then, we were seated opposite the kitchen and there were quite a few hiccups... An ice cream was sent to a table that was still eating appetizers, dishes were delivered to the wrong tables... Anyway... we continued, a ham and cheese crepe for the little one, with a few 5cm x 5cm pieces of cheese on top of a burnt crepe underneath... I'll finish with a salted butter crepe that arrived as a sweet butter crepe... In conclusion, probably a good place, but not when they're busy...
