This restaurant was recommended to us for lunch yesterday by the manager of the organization hosting us, and all three of us were delighted. The staff were very friendly and the food was excellent. The price was truly reasonable for the quality. Highly recommended.

I love Brasserie Le Verdun; the food is excellent. We were pampered, and everyone was so kind. They know our routines; my son, a friend, and I go every two weeks. I highly recommend this brasserie. You won't be disappointed. Enjoy your meal!

We had a wonderful time at this restaurant! The welcome was exceptional from beginning to end; the entire team was incredibly kind, which was truly delightful. We immediately felt comfortable and well taken care of. On top of that, the value for money is truly incredible: the portions are generous, delicious, and the prices are more than reasonable. It's a place where you come as much for the great food as for the warm atmosphere. Thank you again for your kindness; we will definitely be back!

One of the best restaurants in Auch, a super welcome, homemade dishes, very reasonable prices, and service with a smile… so rare these days! Go without hesitation… you won't be disappointed… truly top-notch.

A superb discovery! Everything was perfect from start to finish: the welcome, the service, the quality of the food, and the atmosphere. The portions are generous and the prices very reasonable for such quality. Honestly, I have absolutely no complaints, I will gladly return!

Fantastic welcome from all the staff, the owner and chef are super friendly and the employees are top-notch 👌super 👍 The meat was very tender, the quality-price ratio is very good, I highly recommend it, go for it, you won't regret it, head straight to the Verdun restaurant in Auch

21/07/2026: An exceptional address! Walking down an alley, the enticing aromas led me to this establishment. A wonderfully well-crafted facade and menu. A small, simple, and effective menu. A delightful culinary experience, starting with a baked egg with foie gras, followed by a tournedos Rossini-style where a knife wasn't really necessary given the quality of the meat. And to finish, a truly divine apple tart. In short, an establishment that champions quality products. Respect for the ingredients is paramount. I encourage everyone to step inside this restaurant. And to top it all off, a 1981 Armagnac to aid digestion. Thank you to the team for everything. Gainsbarre 😉🙏
