Le Murtel sur La Mure

Superb little hotel, traditional like you rarely find in France anymore, on the Route Napoléon. Warm welcome, very good food, lovely room with mountain views, and a decent breakfast. 🙏👍 One small drawback: the drinks menu is very expensive, from Coke to a glass of wine, more expensive than in Paris! It's a shame; you'd sell more with more reasonable prices. Kudos to the hotel staff, who are versatile and very kind.

We had a short stay at this hotel, having booked our room online. The welcome was pleasant and friendly. The room was very clean, well-heated, and the bed was comfortable. In the evening, we were able to have dinner as a family (at a large table). Everyone was delighted with the meal; it was truly delicious. The next morning at breakfast (a well-stocked buffet), we received the same smiles and kindness. Thank you so much! We will be back! 👍

We had a very pleasant evening at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The comfortable room, with its good bedding, was very well heated and very clean.
