The best chocolate croissants I've had in at least 10 years. I won't eat them again; I'm so glad to have rediscovered this pleasure.

Very good food and a very good bakery for a quick lunch (it's a shame they no longer offer sit-down meals at lunchtime, especially since it was in high demand with all the businesses in the area...). However, I only gave it 4 out of 5 stars because one issue persists every time I visit: the service is particularly slow. There are plenty of staff, but you always wonder what some of them are doing cleaning the floors, windows, or tidying up during the lunchtime rush (even when the queue stretches to the parking lot). There's clearly something that needs to be addressed because I know that even when I'm nearby and want to eat quickly, I prefer to go to Epagny or elsewhere, where I'm served extremely fast (probably even faster than if I'd waited in line). Just so you know 😉

It wasn't bad here, but it was absolutely not clean. Tables not wiped down and the toilet dirty too.

I left my backpack with my apartment keys, phone, and all my documents on August 9th. If anyone has found it, please give it to the bakery staff who can contact me. (Small beige backpack, black Samsung Galaxy with dog stickers and wallpaper, driver's license, ID card, CMI card, Navigo pass)

Excellent bakery. Plenty of choice for pastries and meals. Prices are reasonable for the Annecy area. Friendly and fast service!

Quite a few places offer nice sandwiches made with your products, but on the other hand, it's very, very expensive.

Service was excellent and cheerful. Food exceptionally fresh and all delicious.
