We discovered this little restaurant nestled in a bucolic setting and it was love at first bite. The warm welcome, peaceful atmosphere, and homemade cuisine make this place an absolute must-visit. Local produce is showcased with refined simplicity and authentic flavors. Special mention goes to the daily special, which was delicious and generously portioned. A delightful culinary interlude in a soothing environment. We will definitely be back!

This restaurant was a very pleasant surprise. The dining room is beautiful, and we were very comfortable. The service was impeccable! The staff was friendly and attentive. The food was excellent, made with fresh ingredients, some of which were even homemade, or at least looked like it. The portions were generous, even the meat, and all this at a reasonable price! In short, I highly recommend it and we'll be back.

The quality of many of the dishes has clearly declined over time. The pizzas, thankfully, remain very good, as always, but the rest of the menu is nowhere near the standard we've come to expect from this restaurant. The service, however, remains adequate. The servers do their best and remain professional, which is worth noting. On the other hand, the owner's attitude is very problematic. Throughout the meal, he stayed at the bar drinking champagne with some customers instead of attending to the restaurant's needs. The welcome was cold, and his attitude frankly unpleasant. He gave persistent and unfriendly stares and spent his time reprimanding the servers in front of the customers, sometimes in a curt and condescending manner, even though some of them seemed to still be in training. This kind of behavior is clearly uncomfortable and has no place in a restaurant. Seeing the manager speak to his staff like that and then adopt the same attitude with the customers completely ruins the experience.

Great restaurant on our way to the coast, excellent staff, always a warm welcome, very pleasant atmosphere and friendly setting, a variety of dishes to suit all tastes and constantly changing daily specials. We highly recommend it!

A fantastic culinary experience discovering the classic egg cocotte cooked using the alpha method – a must-try! The owner, chef, and staff are all very pleasant. Definitely worth a visit.

Too long between ordering drinks and the waitress coming to take our order; bread was brought at the end of the meal! Very good food, though.

I've been a customer of Le Must for many years and have never been disappointed. The pizzas are always excellent and generously topped. A reliable place that I recommend without hesitation.
