Excellent restaurant, refined cuisine. We thoroughly enjoyed the three-course surprise menu. The welcome was very friendly, and the service impeccable. The dining room is pleasant, and it's also possible to dine outside under the magnificent wisteria in the spring. This establishment deserves to be better known. We can't wait to return.

Excellent discovery! We had booked but forgot to request the 5-course meal, so we only got 3 courses. It was truly a delight, especially with the wine pairing. We enjoyed a surprise discovery of the dishes and wines, and we weren't disappointed at all! My sister was pregnant, so they slightly adapted the dishes so she could fully enjoy the meal without worry. We'll be back; we were absolutely thrilled!!

The taste of each dish and the bread was excellent. It's a bit of a shame we couldn't quite remember the names and ingredients of each dish, given that the menu is known for being a surprise.

A surprise meal was treated to by my partner, who had discussed the menu with the manager when we made the reservation to tailor it to our tastes. Five stars in every way: welcome, decor, cleanliness, service, and of course, the food was superb. Thank you for this excellent, refined meal; the presentation was impeccable, and the flavors were delicate and delicious. Highly recommended.
