A fantastic experience! We're vegetarians, we called about a week in advance and received a completely customized menu! The flavors, the textures... We discovered a very rich and sophisticated vegetarian cuisine. The house cocktail was also excellent. (And it's very accessible from Escalquens train station.)

The vegetables, meat, and fish were really very good, very well prepared and refined. Thank you for your work in the kitchen and service. Keep up the good work because you make us want to come back every time. It's really very good.

A "real" restaurant with tasty food, a pleasant setting and serious service.

Excellent restaurant, refined cuisine. We thoroughly enjoyed the three-course surprise menu. The welcome was very friendly, and the service impeccable. The dining room is pleasant, and it's also possible to dine outside under the magnificent wisteria in the spring. This establishment deserves to be better known. We can't wait to return.

Excellent discovery! We had booked but forgot to request the 5-course meal, so we only got 3 courses. It was truly a delight, especially with the wine pairing. We enjoyed a surprise discovery of the dishes and wines, and we weren't disappointed at all! My sister was pregnant, so they slightly adapted the dishes so she could fully enjoy the meal without worry. We'll be back; we were absolutely thrilled!!

The taste of each dish and the bread was excellent. It's a bit of a shame we couldn't quite remember the names and ingredients of each dish, given that the menu is known for being a surprise.

Five stars in every way: welcome, decor, cleanliness, service, and of course, the food was superb. Thank you for this excellent, refined meal; the presentation was impeccable, and the flavors were delicate and delicious. Highly recommended.
