Exceptional service with a wonderful welcome. The servers are quick, efficient, and very pleasant to customers. Nilo really goes the extra mile for the most demanding service. I had a great evening with my friends; I highly recommend it.

I've been coming to Neptunia for years, the owner Christine is super welcoming as is the Chilean waiter, charming and very friendly, however the afternoon waitress (costeau) is heavy and rude, she never looks at the customers or says hello, she comes directly to eat in front of everyone ignoring all the customers, it's really unacceptable for someone who works with the public and it drives customers away, many people no longer want to frequent the bar because of this woman.

Family atmosphere, competent and quick-serving staff. The owner is very friendly and always makes good conversation. The servers are fast and efficient. And the clientele at this bar is very friendly and welcoming. Politeness is a key quality that everyone respects. Very, very good evenings spent at Neptunia with my friends. I recommend it without hesitation.

I usually enjoy a drink here while looking out over the harbor. However, there's a rude and unbearable waitress now who can't even say hello and who makes mistakes with orders. As soon as she arrives, the atmosphere becomes tense. I've passed by several times; I prefer it when a friendly waiter is there.
