Passing through Toulon today, we ordered a meal deal with fries. Upon arrival, one fry was missing. So we asked a waitress for the missing one. We waited 15 minutes, even though the place wasn't busy. A woman looked at our tray, doubting our word, and brought us a large fry, then took it back! No compensation was offered. The person was very unpleasant. In contrast, the lady who served us was very good, helpful, and very kind.

Very good product, especially the one from around the world. Just missing from my menu was the Creamy Deluxe sauce, which is very often the case with deliveries.

Came to the drive-thru tonight, and it's not the first time, but it will be my last visit. No dessert in the Happy Meal. I asked for Chinese sauces but got barbecue sauce instead. A Maxi Best Of for 9, but I didn't get 9. Disappointed.

28/08/2026: The food was very cold; the fries had been sitting on the warming plate for more than half an hour.
27/08/2026: The McDonald's branch was perfectly fine, in our opinion no dirtier than other branches. What was noticeable was that not all the ordering kiosks were working, which could cause problems when it was busy. I also missed having a display showing your order number and when it was ready to pick up, not just in this branch. The fill level of the Coke and milkshake was significantly less than it should have been. The McCafé was always closed during our visits.

27/08/2026: A great place. Clean and with delicious food.
16/08/2026: McDonald's is still a fast food restaurant, but people have no respect anymore, especially the young people who shout and argue all over the place. I only go there when I need something, and that's enough.
