Everything was perfect . I have excellent memories of this good time. The refinement of the cuisine still awakens my taste buds. Too bad the restaurant is closed on Sundays.

Discovered in 2021, this restaurant is a gold mine.
From the welcome to the service to the cuisine, everything is perfect.
Meals perfectly executed, perfectly seasoned, culinary exquisite. Never a faultless one.
Even when mixed, each flavor is distinct from the other.
It fully deserves a Michelin star.

Very good restaurant. The service is great. The menu changes regularly. The dishes are super refined and sought after. It's always a nice surprise. The 3-course menu is a very good compromise for slightly tighter budgets. We'll come back!

Delighted to return to this restaurant after a few years, the welcome and friendliness left a pleasant impression on us.
Unfortunately, we received a rather cold welcome this time, without any real attention or even exchanges.
For the regulars, on the other hand, they take great care, with complimentary glasses of champagne, while we were treated to a splash of digestive (not offered) in a large glass to finish the meal
This is a detail that some, especially in the region, will notice
We took the menu for 70€, as far as the cuisine is concerned, it's a question of taste, a cuisine which can be refined but which really lacks indulgence, especially in winter...
This must appeal to a type of clientele, which was indeed present in the place.
Rather fond of meat juice, I waited for the chef to turn on the dish and personally I was disappointed, a meatless juice that lacked taste.
I pointed this out to the waitress who replied, "maybe you would have preferred a stew sauce?" hic
No, a strong juice, I don't know if it's a lack of experience on his part or...
The remark was then made to the chef who told us that it was a bias not to have made a strong juice and as I said, it is a question of taste.
Chef that you have to catch and call at the right time to see him because otherwise he doesn't come to see you, unlike in previous years... When it was 3 p.m. and we were the last customers to leave.
Even 2 meters from us, not a hello.
We are really disappointed this time and won't come back again, for a bill of €191 for two, it's still average.

We benefited from very high quality cuisine, service of the same level and a charming setting which helps to enhance the meal.
The choice of a sparse menu augured well for dishes prepared with care and quality. This is verified during tasting. Each plate is presented with precision. Our various questions were answered precisely, with a smile :) and the food and wine pairing advice illustrates the attention to detail which is ultimately felt from the beginning to the end of the culinary experience.
In addition, the desire to collaborate with local producers appealed to us.
We will come back with pleasure.

Pleasant place but a little cold, unlike the welcome, very pleasant and smiling. The dishes are well presented. Good selection of crockery and cutlery. I loved the cabbage/trumpets of death pairing with the foie gras poultry. Sometimes I would have liked, on certain dishes, a little more spices or seasoning.
