A warm welcome and charming service from Émilie. The food was excellent, the hake cooked to perfection, the pea starter had a taste of childhood, and the strawberry dessert with its stunning yogurt emulsion was simply divine! My only slight reservation was about the rabbit, which was a touch bland.
