A warm welcome, sharing, kindness, smiles, helpful advice, and simplicity perfectly captured our time at this restaurant. Discovering these dishes was a journey; it was the first time I'd ever eaten something so different, and this unique experience only strengthened my desire to return and try the other dishes. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant, both for its cuisine and its warm hospitality—a rich tapestry of colors and flavors in both the food and the welcome.

Tasty curry but …. Don't go to the toilet!!!!

The welcome was fantastic, with a delightful accent that transported us to another place. The food was divine. Thank you again for this wonderful evening, thank you, Lydia and Bruno.

We arrived on a day when we should have made a reservation; we didn't know, we were just passing through. We asked if we could eat as a party of four... he could have said no... but he asked us, "Have you made a reservation?" I replied no, "Normally you have to make a reservation, sit here." All evening he kept nagging us for not having made a reservation. He said the people at the other table had made reservations and that as a result they were eating late, that he had been forced to offer them drinks, etc... his wife bends over backwards for her customers... but I don't know what he does in the dining room; on the other hand, she couldn't possibly be in the kitchen and the dining room at the same time :-/ Afterwards, we ate very well, it was excellent, but wow, they're lucky we were hungry and there was nothing else around. Going to a restaurant and feeling like you're in the way is deplorable... he could have just said, "It's by reservation only today, sorry," we would have found another solution...

On our way to our holiday destination, we thoroughly enjoyed this exotic stop. A very warm welcome, excellent advice from the owner, and the homemade meal was delicious! A truly wonderful place.

The food is very good and not frozen, the service is friendly and the staff are welcoming. If you're ever in Châtres-sur-Cher, I highly recommend this restaurant! I will definitely be back.

Exceptional cuisine, prepared fresh to order; a bit of a wait, but that's a guarantee of quality. A nice bonus is the parking lot next to the restaurant.

We had a wonderful time, an excellent meal, and the owners were very welcoming and happy to offer advice and suggestions about their dishes. We truly loved the refined and delicious food. It's a place where you eat very well and the atmosphere is very positive. We will gladly return.
