Le Normand'y sur Boulogne-Billancourt

The food was more than fabulous, we hope duck breast + beef & egg as per the pictures (don’t know the dish names in French, sorry) but both dishes were simply perfect.

Impeccable service, friendly and professional staff. Top-notch food and presentation: I had duck breast, it was cooked perfectly, the dish arrived at the right temperature, and the dessert was incredible: coconut cheesecake with red fruit coulis.

The couscous on Friday was perfect, and so was everything else.

My visit to this restaurant was pure chance; I'd come for the restaurant next door. Disappointed not to have a menu, I ended up here. But what a wonderful surprise! Finding a restaurant in Paris that offers a set menu for €18.90, with calf's liver as a main course—I've never seen anything like it. And then there are starters for €5.50! Honestly, the smoked herring was a generous portion. The small hot potatoes were simple and unpretentious, but absolutely delicious! What can I say about the waiter except that finally I had a real waiter who changed my cutlery, because I'd just eaten fish. That's become so rare, even in fine dining restaurants, so honestly, bravo!! The calf's liver was absolutely delicious, the little marinade on top was perfectly seasoned, and the fries were good, but unfortunately, they were really undercooked for me. I didn't send them back right away because I was too eager to finish my meal, but I admit it was a minor drawback nonetheless! The dessert selection is varied, and the homemade crème brûlée is divine! In short, I was blown away by this restaurant. I paid next to nothing compared to the quality of the food, the service, and the overall value for money. Even the €6.90 cocktails—it's been a long time since I've tasted so much rum in a mojito! 🙌🏻🙌🏻 I recommend it 100%, and I'm even ready to come back to Boulogne-Billancourt, just for you! 🙏🏻
